It may be that, at times, innocent players fall under these measures and are denied access to the server.
If you can not access either the website or game, then please post here. You will be informed as to whether this is the reason for it or not. If it is, we will take further communications to PMs - so please watch these. If it is not, we will split your post off into its' own separate topic so you may get dedicated help.
