I have looked into this. Player Pakoki currently does not have max points in any stat.

Looking at your image, you were hit with a critical - which does a far greater amount of damage than a normal hit. As Pakoki is level 327 and you are over 100 levels below him, it stands to reason that the higher levels' attack power is scaled greater when hitting a critical.

As to the p7s - their drop rate was increased to 10% recently. Any great amount of time farming for them will eventually yield a fair amount.

We apologise for your negative experience with this issue. Unfortunately there is nothing happening against the rules - it is simply a case of game mechanics, where the higher level will have a greater chance of beating the lower level.
