before u attack the server u should learn read 
i said iam 1 week not at home -- the server crash sometimes and i or zero need to restart it i was not at home and where i was i got 1 or 2 kb internet well so i was not really able to be online all the tome or to restart there was always low chances to up the server ^^ well iam now at home

That's not Down Time , It's called server Crash , an it is caused by IN GAME Stuff by players .. It has nothing with the server side..
