Refining Rates?

Can someone tell me refining rates? im trying to get 1 item +6-+7
and ive used'37 binds 2 get it 2 0 lol

bad luck sorry =( I beleive the rates are the same as the real server but there might be a glitch, i'll tell pfann next time he is on and he can look at it for you lol, take some pictures or a movie or something as proof next time you try so we can refund you if necessary
