why a second server?
Well iam not a big fan of highrate servers so i want to do a lowrate

Evo client/Server are for highrate becasue reborn system irose dont have the reborn system and much other features for lowrate
currently i cant give exact information about it its just under construction but slowly because our DEVs busy on our highrate server
